Refund Policy

Retail (B2C) Customers
 

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Original packaging required

  • Full refund issued upon inspection approval
     

After 7 days:

  • Exchange or store credit only

Custom-made or specially sourced items are non-refundable once production or procurement begins.


B2B Transactions

Wholesale or B2B sales are subject to contractual terms.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, B2B transactions are final.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom jewelry

  • Special orders

  • Items altered or resized

  • Items showing signs of wear
